ORDINI & PRE-ORDINI

After logging in by clicking on “Uniform Catalogue”, the entire assortment for your school will be listed.​

Using the filters on the left-hand side of the page, you can view the assortment most suited to your needs, such as:

Type: selection of the items required by the School from which you can choose from the suggested options

Gender: Male - Female

Grade: This selection is essential in order for the entire assortment associated with each student's year of enrolment to be displayed.

With a simple click, you will enter the detail of the selected article, where you will find all the specifications for the chosen garment on the product page. You will also find a guide table giving you anatomical indications so that you can find the most suitable size for your son/daughter.

Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

You will be automatically redirected to the first shopping cart page, where you can decide whether to complete your purchase or continue shopping by searching for other articles. If you decide to continue shopping, the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon with its contents will always remain visible during navigation, together with the total amount spent.

On the first page of the shopping cart you can also change the quantity of the items you wish to purchase, or remove them.

You will then be asked to provide an order header address and a shipping address.

In the next phase, it will be necessary to choose from the various payment methods available.

The payment will be processed only when the order leaves the warehouse. A notification email will inform you of the shipment.

Generally, there are no limits, either on quantity or amount. However, the site may reserve the right to limit the purchase of certain limited edition products.

Clicking on “Size Guide” in the product tab opens a table with the size conversion system for different countries. A comparison with measurements in centimetres is also shown.

A special visual hint indicates the availability of a larger size, if required.

You can do as many tests as you wish and then decide not to complete your order even though you have placed products in your “Shopping Cart”.

After entering the necessary payment data, you are redirected to the purchase confirmation page, containing the order number and date.

Once the procedure is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of all details.

A message will be displayed stating that the order has been successfully placed. Within the next few hours, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been taken.

It will also be possible to access one's personal area and check the status of all orders placed.

By accessing your private area and clicking on "My Orders," a list of all orders is displayed. By clicking on the order you wish to check, you can view its precise details.

It is possible to pre-order products that are not currently in stock.

In order to ensure the best service, an email notification will be sent as soon as products become available again.

By activating this procedure, you will be able to check the status of the item you wish to purchase and receive an email confirming the arrival of the pre-order, as a reminder to proceed with the purchase.

RETURN & PICKUP SDA

For each purchase you make, you can request a return by logging into your personal area and clicking on “My Orders”.

Select the order you wish to return and click on “Return Back”.

You will be shown a page where you must indicate the items you wish to return and confirm the procedure.

You have 60 working days from the date of receipt of the package to carry out this operation. Following the return request, you will receive an email confirming the start of the procedure.

To return a product, you must contact your chosen SDA courier for our services at the dedicated link.

All products are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

The Legal Guarantee of Conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 and following) and protects the consumer in the event of purchasing defective products, which do not function properly or do not correspond to the use declared by the seller or for which that good is generally intended.

The consumer can assert their rights regarding the legal warranty of conformity by directly contacting the seller of the goods, even if they are different from the manufacturer.

If replacement or repair are not possible, the consumer is still entitled to a price reduction or to receive a sum equivalent to the value of the goods, in exchange for returning the defective product to the seller. The legal warranty lasts for two years from the delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.

The return is always free.

To make a return, you have 60 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Once the package has reached our warehouse, we will confirm the acceptance of the return by sending a notification email and will process the refund to the payment method used for the order. The timing may depend on the bank.

If payment is made by cash on delivery, the refund of the amount will be processed via bank transfer.

It is important to package the item or items you wish to return in the same shipping packaging (the box in which the order was received).

If the shipping packaging has not been kept, a different package can be used.

It is recommended to keep the label included inside the package (Waybill LDV) and the polybag label with the sticker.

In this way, we will be able to speed up the return process and accurately identify the returned items.

When preparing the package for return, it is important to remove all previous labels; place the new label, located inside the package, over the existing shipping label, where your name corresponds to the SENDER.

Contacting the SDA courier affiliated with OVS is easy.

It is reminded that the OVS School Uniform customer code to provide to the operator is: 000000845534 and that it is necessary to specify that you want a pickup at the assigned port and that you already have the LDV Waybill, also providing the pickup address.

The options are two:

1. Call the free toll-free number SDA: 800.33.66.22

  • To arrange the pickup of a return, press 2
  • To book a pickup, press 2 and wait for the operator
  • The OVS School Uniform customer code to provide to the operator is: 000000845534

2. Visit the website www.sda.it and go to "book a pickup"

  • Click the "Book a pickup" button and accept the data processing information to continue
  • Enter the sender's information by filling out all the required fields (marked with an asterisk) and click "Next" to continue
  • Add the weight of the return by filling in the required field. This information is provided on the return label.
  • Proceed by clicking the "Next" button. In this step, you also need to enter the tracking number found on the return label and the OVS SCHOOL UNIFORM customer code.
  • The OVS School Uniform customer code to provide to the operator is: 000000845534
  • Finally, select the desired date for pickup and confirm
  • At the end of the operation, you will receive a summary email from SDA

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

It is possible to use different payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery

The amount related to the order will be charged to the credit card when the order is actually shipped from the warehouse.

Depending on the agreements with the card issuer, you may receive a message confirming the reservation of the charge immediately after completing the payment process.

We remind you that no amount will actually be deducted from the account until the package of your order is handed over to the courier.

At the root of the card rejection, there may be a simple typing or filling error. It is suggested to double-check the entered data and try again.

The refund for a return occurs only after the checks on the returned order have been completed successfully.

The checks concern the timing of the return request, which must be submitted within 60 business days from the receipt of the package, and the compliance of the order.

For all purchases made with cash on delivery, returns can be made through an online procedure with a refund via bank transfer.

An email will be sent with the confirmation of the acceptance of the return request. The refund will be processed using the payment method used for the order.

You will be able to see the refund in your account or on your card approximately 14 business days after receiving the return confirmation email.

DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping is only available in Italy.

The shipping cost is €5.00

Cash on delivery shipping requires payment from the recipient at the time of delivery. This method is only available for Italy.

The recipient, upon delivery of the shipment, must pay the amount indicated on the LDV Waybill, that is, on the transport document, according to the payment method provided (in cash).

Delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days.
