CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

Pursuant to art. 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679

a) About us: OVS S.p.A., with registered office and administrative office located in Mestre (VE), via Terraglio No.17, VAT No. 04240010274 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) is the Data Controller; as such, the Company collects and processes the personal data provided through this form in the customer care section of the website www.stefanel.com (hereinafter referred to as “Form”) and, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), provides you with the following information.

b) Purposes for which we collect the data: the data you provide us by filling out the Form will be used to answer your message, your request for information, your complaints, or questions related to product warranty.

c) Provision of data and consequences in the case of incompleteness: You are free to choose whether or not to provide us with your personal data; if you choose to provide us with your personal data, please fill out this form by completing all the data requested needed to reply to your message or request for information. If your data is missing or your form incomplete, we will not be able to reply to your message or provide the information you requested.

d) Legal basis of the processing: we will process your data for the purpose of responding to your query or request for information insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the service requested (art. 6, 1, b of the Regulation). 

e) How we process your personal data: your data will be processed in compliance with current law and in a way that ensures security and confidentiality and prevents unauthorised disclosure or use, alteration or destruction of your personal data. The data will be processed mainly by computerised means in order to reply to you or provide you with the information you requested.

f) Period of retention: the data communicated to us will be kept for the period necessary to reply to you or provide you with the information requested. This is without prejudice to the different retention period necessary for judicial protection.

g) To whom we disclose your personal data: your data will not be disclosed, or communicated to third parties. In order to allow us to manage your request and pursue the purposes for which you provided your consent, your data may become known to: (i) companies that carry out on our behalf the storage and processing of computer files; (ii) companies that manage customer care on behalf of the Company; these parties will act as external processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.

Your data may become known to the Persons in Charge and to the Managers of the Company as part of their job responsibilities.

h)Rights of the interested party, possibility to lodge a complaint and contact details:

In accordance with current legislation (articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation) you have the right to obtain access to your information (Article 15), its correction or integration (Article 16), its cancellation (the so-called right to be forgotten, Article 17), the limitation of processing (Article 18) the right to the portability of your data (Article.20), the right to object to the processing of your data for special reasons (Article 21) and not to be subjected to an automated decision-making process (Article 22); furthermore, we remind you that you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority for the processing of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
